Daniel B. Greenfield
A resident of Carroll County and a native of Long Island, New York, Dan Greenfield obtained his undergraduate degree in North Carolina in 1983. Following a fifteen-year broadcasting career in the Tar Heel State, Mr. Greenfield attended law school at Mercer University in Macon, where he was a member of the Law Review. He eventually settled in West Georgia with his wife Sarah and their dogs, cats, and a lifetime collection of oldies records and CDs, which he currently showcases on Bremen radio station WGMI 1440 AM, Saturdays from 9am to Noon.
Prior to joining the Jack F. Witcher law firm in 2003, Mr. Greenfield served as Staff Attorney for the Superior Courts of Georgia, Atlantic Circuit, and for the Georgia Court of Appeals. He represents clients in all areas of civil and criminal law, with a focus on pre-trial and appellate litigation, and has argued successfully in the Georgia Court of Appeals and Georgia Supreme Court. Georgia law and procedural rules can be baffling and complex; Mr. Greenfield has the necessary knowledge and skills to shepherd your case through to a successful outcome.
