Biography
Daniel Greenfield earned his law degree in 2000 from the Walter F. George School of Law at Mercer University, where he was a member of the Law Review, and has a Bachelor of Arts in communications from the University of North Carolina. Dan is admitted to practice in all Georgia state and appellate courts, as well as the Northern and Middle Districts of federal district court in Georgia.
Dan joined the firm in 2003 after working as a staff attorney for the Georgia Court of Appeals. He advises and represents clients in all areas of civil law, from simple landlord-tenant disputes to contract litigation (personal and business) and major injury cases. Dan is respected by his peers for his research and writing ability, his knowledge of civil procedure, and his appellate advocacy skills, having appeared in the Court of Appeals and Georgia Supreme Court more than three dozen times.
Dan has been an active member of the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association, the Tallapoosa Bar Association and the Carroll County Bar Association.
Outside of work, Dan's passion is music and radio (his prior career), along with the Braves and Tar Heels. Dan and his wife Sarah live in the Carroll County countryside with their pet horse, a large overly-excitable dog, and several annoying cats.
