Daniel Greenfield earned his law degree in 2000 from the Walter F. George School of Law at Mercer University, where he was a member of the Law Review, and has a Bachelor of Arts in communications from the University of North Carolina. Dan is admitted to practice in all Georgia state and appellate courts, as well as the Northern and Middle Districts of federal district court in Georgia.
Dan joined the firm in 2003 after working as a staff attorney for the Georgia Court of Appeals. He advises and represents clients in all areas of civil law, from simple landlord-tenant disputes to contract litigation (personal and business) and major injury cases. Dan is respected by his peers for his research and writing ability, his knowledge of civil procedure, and his appellate advocacy skills, having appeared in the Court of Appeals and Georgia Supreme Court more than three dozen times.
Dan is an active member of the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association, the Tallapoosa Bar Association and the Carroll County Bar Association.
Outside of work, Dan's passion is music and radio (his prior career), along with the Braves and Tar Heels. Dan and Sarah, his partner since 1995, live in the Carroll County countryside. They enjoy spending time with their horse, dog, and cats, eating seafood and Mexican, and visiting family.
Nathaniel Wheelwright is a California native who has made Georgia his home for more than 30 years. He received his law degree from the University of Georgia in 2002 and joined Jack F. Witcher two years later. Nathaniel represents clients accused of crimes ranging from DUI to major felonies, and is experienced in all aspects of family law, including divorce, child custody, grandparents’ rights, adoptions, and juvenile court matters. Nat has a well-earned reputation for being an aggressive advocate in the courtroom as well as behind the scenes in negotiations with opposing attorneys.
Nathaniel is a member of the Tallapoosa Bar Association and the Georgia Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. His familiarity with local judges and his relationships with both private lawyers and prosecutors are immeasurable advantages to achieving positive outcomes for his clients.
Nat and his wife Christina reside in Carroll County. When not traveling to exotic places around the world (especially beaches!), they enjoy spending time with their adopted dogs and cats, grilling in the back yard, and rooting for the Georgia Bulldogs.
